Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across all 7 emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders are packed and dispatched from our UAE warehouse within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Total delivery time is typically 3–5 business days (dispatch + courier transit).
• During sale periods or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Cost

Delivery is FREE across the UAE on all orders. There are no hidden charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery. Pay in cash (or by card, where the courier supports it) when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch — please respond so your order isn't delayed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Issues

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.
• If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Redelivery can be arranged — contact us.
